thank u Ajanp, I also share ur analyzation. India has always played a role of obvert or covert of all the past democratic movement in Nepal. In return, she wants her interest be fullfill by Nepal. It has exloited Nepal whenever and wherever possible.Bilateral river project treaties are the example of this.India knows Nepali authority cannot resist whenever they extract maximum advantage from nepal. The reason is they know the nepali (specially of GPK MAKUNE like Netas) sochai that they should be grateful to India for the goodit has done for Nepal or more like to individuals. Thus we make that gratitude our liability where as one should make thinking that as a nation or human being we don't have to feel any kinda gratitude to a benifector in certain situations. Even the law of Nature have set a limits for one to show a gratitude towards the benefactor. "River Interlinking Project" its the grand design of India to exploit nepal as much it can. Koshi high-dam project is one of them. I am 100% behind ur saying that eventhough we give chance to king but there should be monitoring of his acts and keep him on pressure. Thus we can start the process of democrary once again.
