Based on my understanding of revenge porn laws (if applied in her case), those laws do not care if involved subject(s) is married or single or in some extramarital relationship with someone else. Relationship status of subject(s) is NOT a prerequisite for it to be applicable.

Revenge porn laws only look to see -

#1 if subject(s) CONSENTED (or not) to be filmed/recorded by someone in intimate situations

#2 if subject(s) had an intention/expectation that such film/video/pic/recordings to be released to public.

And of course, those laws don't care if subject(s) was horny or not. Lol!!

If alcohol was involved, it very much looks like she did not consent to be filmed. Incapacitated by alcohol is key here.
