If she is sexually attractive to you, of child-bearing age-range, and you can lead her [ or you are willing to be led ] to establish compatibility, then go for it. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
As for me, I can hardly be led by a woman in a relationship even if she registers $150k+ or even $200k per year as of now. But if she brings to the table a rare blend of intelligence, finesse, and charm, I might get bowled over, who knows!
