If Trump wins, TPS is officially ending and Nepali people are expected to leave by March 5th 2021.
For students, they can always apply for OPT/H1B before graduation.
For TPS people, they would need to speak to a lawyer and see if they can try to change their status legally- sponsored by job or through family/spouse. it takes time.
We will know on November end about TPS.
