Hello traders, Thanks for some active stock alerts and suggestions. Now that states and countries are slowly opening up in coming weeks, the biotech stocks may be less exciting for making money. Why I say this?
1. There are hundreds of these companies and the overall share of profit is diluted. Moreover, prudent investors know that these drug/vaccine makers have lot of competition and risk with their products and would not want to invest in them.
2. Lets say life become more or less manageable with new Covid infections and fatalities when the states open, then the desperate dependency in finding a drug or vaccine becomes less of an issue. This may be opposite down the road if the infection and fatalities dramatically increase and at that point the value of these companies will be higher and worth investing.
3. Now the stock market is headed downhill, going back to some of the cheaper but valuable companies may be better bet for success.
