They have introuduced system of impunity to the crime as grave as murder. In fact in one case murderer of RamHari Shrestha was in fact awarded. They have never followed (including prime minister) the rule of law and time and again make mockery of Supreme court. YO desh ko kehi huna sakdaina.

We Nepalese award the murder and killers. What can we expect in return. Congress and UML are bad but when compared to maoist they are saint.

One day after the Supreme Court issued a show cause notice to six maoist leaders for undermining the judiciary by giving expressions against the court, senior leader of the Unified CPN (Maoist) and Finance minister Dr Babu Ram Bhattarai has accused the justices of acting in a ‘Panchayati Style.’

Addressing a mass assembly in Palungtar, Gorkha Saturday afternoon, Bhattarai said the justices who had issued show cause notice (against him) for saying the judiciary should be democratised are working like justices of the Panchayat era.

He challenged the justices who issued such notice, to jail them if they can. FM Bhattarai also accused the court of obstructing in formation of Commission on the Disappeared.

For now, all maoist know what they want to bring in Nepal, so they will be hardworking and united. but after 4-5 years they will achieve most of their goals. then they will become corrupt like then NC leaders slowly and amass losts of money and properties, become selfish, ignore cadres feelings and hardwork, stary keeping personal properties, and have alot of idealogical and strategic differences.etc.

Whether you want or not and whether you agree or not, maoists will rule over Nepal for next 4-5 years.NC and UML can not do anything; they will at most try to bring the maoists government down copple of times. But maoists will be weakened and eventually sidelined by their own anarchic activities and fights within thier party leaders for post and power just like what happened with once-upon-a-time strong NC.

Nepali people are used to with few murdered cases, a lot of chakka jam, etc by Maoists or anyother party. So, however maoist rule, they will still win the elections for the time being.
