I am currently in TPS and my company applied my I-485 (EB2) this May, my I140 was approved in 1 week (premium processing). Does uscis require biometrics if I had done biometrics during TPS registration? I have seen people get biometrics within one month but it has been passed one month and I haven't got any notification regarding it.

your TPS biometrics will be used. You'll get a letter stating " we already have the biometrics and we will use it. "

Thank you Shelvey.

AJ bro following was the cost the lawyer mentioned

$1,410.00 = premium processing fee

So I got notification today about my biometrics. Apparently I have to go and take my finger print even though I had my biometrics done for TPS registration :/

if your tps biometric is older than 15 months, you have to do biometric again. I also had to do it and drive 2 hour away just for that.
