try first national bank of texas, i am doing it through there.

I don't know if there is a Texas Bank and Trust branch there, but it is one of the MSB friendly banks. However, it shouln't be lastai garo, like you said. It is a little bit of hassle, though, since fincen.gov website is not very user-friendly and you also have to go thru a few paperwork between the bank and fincen.gov.

Try, Wilshire State Bank, Plains, PlainsCapital Bank or NorthStar Bank. BoA usually takes about 3 to 6 months, you might also have to register with FinCEN, and plus they will want you to update your documents every year.

@all the way: Did you say BofA takes about 3to6 months to approve the account? DAMN! Ive already registered with FinCEn. I'm trying to revive a dead business.

@ Lopchandai, It really depends on the MSB account specialist who is handling your case. Yep, mine took almost 4 months. If you do not intend to do check cashing, it might accelerate your process bit faster. I still prefer small banks, their fees are higher but no hassle.
