My asylum was rejected four years ago, currently I am in F1 Status. Now I am planning to join us army. Would this denied asylum case be a big problem for me to get me into the US Army?

I think you need to make up your mind, that's what needs to happen, haha. I think this will entirely depend on what grounds your asylum was denied.

No. I have not seen such restrictions anywhere. I am 90% confident you can still join army.
