My friend did not show his younger sister in relationship certificate during student visa interview. He got visa.
Now his sister is applying for H4 visa. If she shows her brother in ds160 form, will it be a problem?
Does the embassy keep the informatin presented during interview like relationship certificates?

Has no one been in this situation or knows someone who has been in the similar situation?

Do not lie about anything plz. Just be honest. Tell your friend's sister to put her brother in the DS-160 form. His sister won't be punished for what the brother did. She will get a visa. Just be true n honest. And embassy does not need to keep relationship certificates to know she has a brother; aren't their parents the same? They will know her brother is in the US when she goes for interview.
