organising a protest against the manhandling of a dozen people.
Marketplaces and vehicular transport remained closed in Khodpe Bazaar from early morning.
Just
a few hours before the Khodpe Bazaar incident, Maoist chairman
Prachanda was talking to media persons saying he had already dictated
the YCL ranks to stop violent activities.
The
Maoist central committee meeting, which began in Kavre today, is also
expected to take up these issues and send a strong directive to the YCL
members to correct their behavior.
