अनुप बोरो , अब एस्तो मिठो परिकार पकाएर खान त मन लाग्छ नि , जागर पनि छ तर क्यार्नु....सिक्स प्याक आब्स मैन्तेन गर्न को लागि भएनी म त ग्रिल गरेर मात्र खान्छु चिकेन . तिमीले पकाको कुखुरा र बासमती भात ...आहा क्या स्वादिलो हुन्थ्यो....तर भुडी लाग्छ र पो त ! कुरो !!! :(

@lamopuri kahile kahi khaada kehi hunna ni. Pahila khaane ani ali dherai workout garne.
@Nas Yo chai personal choice ho. Tapai le ramro garnu bho vegeterian bannu bhaera.

मैले प्याज लाइ पानीले ब्राउन हुन् गरि भुट्छु / तारे पछि मासु हाल्छु , १/२ मिनेट पछि सबै मरमसला हाल्छु | टमाटर चै ५-/७ मिनेट पछि | अन्त्यमा हरियो धनिया छर्कनछु |
पाक कलाका विद्वान वहाले अर्थ सास्त्रमा स्नातकोतर गर्नु भाको यहा भने NY मा कुनै रेस्टुरामा चेफ हुनु हुन्थ्यो रे ल भन्नु भएको सब्द : के चिज कतिखेर हाल्नु भएको छ तेस्को स्वाद फरक हुन्छ | साधारण मानिसले त्यो फरक थाहा नपाउलान तर पाक विज्ञानका क्रिटिकहरुले अन्तर बताउन सक्छन |

६ प्याक लाइ ग्रिल गरेकै खानु पर्छ भन्ने छैन : भुडी कुखुराले हैन त्यो बियर पिउनाले लाग्छ |

Magorkhe bro, tapaile bhannu bhaeko thik ho. tarkari banaune tarika dherai huncha. tesaile maile suru mai bhaneko chu ki yo dherai ota tarika ko euta tarika ho banaune bhanera. tapai le bhannu bhaeko jasto garera pakaune tarika pani ma rakhne chu.
Comment ko lagi dhanyabad!

One thing I came to know that these canned tomatoes contain way more sugar than we would imagine. So, I prefer real tomatoes than these canned ones.

hami khukhura " pokhreli style " ma banauchau :

1) tori ko tel 1 spoon ( chicken or goat meats are much better in mustard oil)

2) tel tato bhaye pachi , pyaj halni

3) pyaj alik brown bhayepachi , chicken halni

4) salt as per taste ani besar halera chalauney

5) chicken lai chopne , (jabasamma pani sabai sukdaina )
water makes chicken soggy.

6) pani sukepachi , jeera plus khursani ko dhulo plus lasun adduwako ko paste plus dhaniyako daath ( not leaf) halera chalauney

7) masala bhutepachi golveda halera ekchin dhakne ( until tomatoes becomes paste)
(fresh tomatoes are better as you can feel the taste)

at the same time if you want to  put green chilli you can.

8) gravy man parcha bhaney tato pani halera naumlesamma pakaune ani khanu bhanda 3 mins aghi dhaniya ko paat halera serve garney

this cooking is inspired by "pokhreli plus thakali style "
