You never can compare tranportation system to any other country except 3rd world country, there are only few country has Interstate in the world but the US is surround by the Interstates, where ever,anytime we can have travel anypart of US without tension. You know Mugling(nepal), the busiest bus stop and junction of Nepal for travelling that you have to have Via to go any part of Nepal.
