This is based on Nepali Context only, (not americanized yet).

Generally when a boy friend (keta sathi) marries and both of his friends (keta and keti) call his wife as 'bhauju'. This situation is not so hard but when it comes to keti sathi's husband, how do you call him? For girls most of them say as vinaju but how about guys? If he is in your age and already introduced to you, name may be enough. But if he is little aged than and you have to show sorta respect, how do you call him? calling him as 'jwai' or 'vinaju' is definitely embarassing.

I came through this situation couple of times and I could not determine, what's your logic?

In english you never call your jwai as hello brother in law. It's easier to just use name.

I had this situation so many times. Mostly I call them by their name. If the guys is younger then me then I call by Name and if the guy is older then me then I call by is name followed by Ji. I felt so difficult at the beginning, but now already married for 5 yrs, I used to be this way. I directly call by their name and they feel comfortable too.

You lecher Stat eying on your friend's husband. Call him your "Launda" as the Hindus call, you adulterous swine. Sleeping with him behind your friend's back. Asks the logic on what to call his smut boyfriend who is cheating  his woman with this filthy worm. Jesus curses upon ye and cast ye out of his holy land. Die in the hollow depth of hell you obscene feces.

Generally I go by Name+jee ,,, I know its difficult sometime,,,, I have so many female frens who are married now,,, Its hard coz most of my female frens are married to guys 6 or 7 years older than me,,,, its difficult but i still calll Name+jee,,,
I tell all my fren to call my wife by her name not as "bhauju" ...  but many dont.
I hate being called vinaju by my wifes' frens... I tell them to call by my name too... and almost all do.
