One of the very few (actually extremely rare) posts in Sajha that has no right answers and no wrong answers as a solution. It is because the topic of discussion can go both ways, well, at least that how I feel-- to return or not to return back to Nepal.
I have finished reading all of the comments posted above and agree with all of them. They have all shared their opinion and I'll say this again, I don't think anybody's wrong. Like what Gwach bro said, Amrikaa ko basaai is not only for you, it's for your kids too. What if you return back and 20 yrs from now your kids say "mero baa le Amrikaa nachhadya bhaye, haami pani raamro thaau ma pugtheu hola......" I'm not trying to say Nepal ma chai kids hurkauna sakinna, but living standards, education standards, freedom, career, etc. chai yeta kai badhi probability dekhincha hai.
Just like what cool_like_a_bird said, happiness lies within yourself. If you feel you will find more peace and happiness going back home, I think you should. But, would moving to a different city, state, or country really change how you enjoy your life? You need to ask yourself. Even I have seen people go back home and succeed. I have also seen people stick around here and succeed too. Harek ko case aafno aafno huncha. I know this may not be the answer you're looking for but like I said, this topic of discussion can go both ways.
By the way, a $100k per year savings is no joke. I don't know what you and your spouse do for a living (I can care less) but trust me, you guys are doing wayyyyyy better than most of us.

H1 ni parya haina. Na saranaarthi paryo. Na love garya US citizen Nepali keti sanga bihe nai bhayo. Na ta ahile samma EB2 ko result nai aayo. Tyei pani haresh khaako chaina. Kehi hunchha bhanera.
