Dilemma of ANA and others

I got a great opportunity to participate NPPA (Nepal Pasa Puch Amerikaye) (Nepal Friendship Association of America). Website: http://www.nppa-us.org/ It also has links with several other societies. Unfotunately, I found dissatisfactions over its regular members, in my search to answers why do we have so many societies? e.g. NPPA has a breakaway faction. The answer that was given to me by some loyal members and sympathizers of both societies is that the origial association has group of members who will not let new members outside their own circle to occupy any responsible position and perform good job. Its like Nepali Congress Party (Girija Group) where the Koirala family occupies a prime role and they will never let anyone outside Koirala family to hold an important position. Thus, the young turks have no other option than to create a rival new association which the sympathizers of both group say that the new association is relatively democratic. Bbut, it lacks history and burden to all well wishers because they have to pay membership fees to both and if you don't have interest in occupying any crucial positions, then, its waste of money and nothing more and loss of quality in various programs organized by them. Well, this trend does not limit on NPPA, but, also extends on ANA and other ANLS blah blah ........... They usually have meetings held in such a tricky way that they can have their next executive members from amongh their own closely watched friends and supporters. They play tricks to avoid any one outside of their group be able to contest and win the election. They avoid giving any right to vote to Nepalis outside their own predefined confident and trustable members. Well, I tried to find the ANA's website and its ana-home.org or anaonline.org Their website has link to only the page for donations to these unfortunate Nepalis. I ofcourse greatly appreciate their effort to support the families of these unfortunate Nepalis when went to Iraq in the search of job. But, ANA-home page should not limit its all other information and activities to this one particular activtity. This page does not tell the official information on any other officials or executives other than Treasurer / GS of the ANA. You can not trace out who is in their executive board? Once I tried to get online membership and their website rejected my submission. Is this their incompetency or their foul game on members? I am forced to ask this question based on the rumors that ANA is occupied by peoples who are closed friends within their circle for long time and they won't let others to enter, and the membership is one of the several way how these officials can avoid any challenge from members outside their own circle of trusted friends? If not, why in this world where .com boom era, our ANA, the orgnization lacks infomation dissemination through website? Why? so many Nepali societies? Why don't they have unified and efficient association? Why fragmented? Why do young turks are forced to create new rival societies? A friend of mine who went to Canada says that the societies in Canada (Nepali societies and association) offcers are usually the guys who have lived long in Canada and they usually have their own gatherings in the name of Nepali Associations and they don't try to mix with Nepalis who are not in well recognized professions and are comparatively inferior profession (blue collar job vs white collar jobs). I am hearing these days that ANA is also occupied by officers who are releuctant to accept blue collar job Nepalis or simply try to keep away from Blue collar job doers? I am posting these issues to discuss and know experience from others ? Lets discuss and try to resolve what is truth and what is the reason that makes these associations lack in quality (e.g. ANA does not have a real working website yet) and how can we make them service oriented compared to chair oriented?
