You are misunderstanding me. Pollution is a measure of particulate matters in air. It has definitely gotten worse to the point that almost everyone is coughing in Kathmandu. I have contemplated going back multiple times and visit frequently but pollution seems to be dealbreaker for me. I grew up in Kathmandu so haven’t contemplated about living outside valley.
