Lol, Roc bruzza, I also thought the movie would be interesting. After all Oliver Stone is known to look at the history from a different angle and make a movie about it. He has every right to play with the script, explore, discover, alter the personality of historic figure, but not when he is making a mainstream cinema. There is a different genre of filmmaking to experiment in the movies, especially when it comes to the history. If somebody releases his movie worldwide on wednesday, and expect people not be disappointed with the content of the movie, then he is exactly supposed to give what he promised to give. He promised Alexander, give us Alexander that we know of. Simple. My $10 is on the stake, and viewers like me don't wanna spend it on something where director is busy gratifyin' himself. If I wanna watch those kinda movies, I'd go to the movie theaters where they happily play the movie that are selected for Sundance film festival. If you release "Harry Potter", those who have read the book don't wanna see R-rated dark-sexual side of Harry potter where he confine himself inside a room and engage in a nookie. hehe... If it was not a mainstream cinema, then why the hell director change the color to red??? Because, the war scene was bloody and gory and he didn't want any rating higher than R. Higher the rating, lower the income. gotta go... shit, why am i writing hehe... MEN do CRY, but I don't wanna watch a movie where anyone cry for 3 hours. hehe...
