mitra maa ek damai down to earth person. I love to enjoy my life and i dont believe in marriage. My philoshopy is why cant couples have kid and still call themself bf and gf. I broke with my gf in year 2000 since then i can fall in love. I have vietnamese gf but we dont have any plan. I like her but still love is dont know. She is great, she is senior captain in working in hotel. She graduated from my school 2 yrs later. I was her team leader to assit them when i have to go to spain and thats how it started. She came to hk and started living with me. Only thing important in my life is my philoshopy and my free time with myself. I love to alone atleast once in a month. I love staring walls thinking and go beyond. I dont drink alcohol at all. I was heavy drinker. I stoped it . I am hooked to weed. I spend quarter of my salary in weed. My mum wants me to get married and settled but memory of that rai gf is so strong...............i cant forget her. She is married and has kid now. No comments in life. I am in front of my computer at least like 4 hours a day. I have design menu and costing principals and stuff like that. I have staff of 30 out of them 70 Percent are chinese. It was bit diffcult but when they realise that they are working with easy going manager and understanding.........it makes there life easier. I was offered a job in pokhara hotel management school as a food and beverage teacher but i didnot take it. I think i am happy .........................my main ambition in life is to bring nepali food all over the world. I mean not dal bhat tarkari...........royal cuisine.........nepalese food served in fine dining style with good value and 6 star service. my menu is going to be like Mach jankapure raja ( whole trout marinated with cummin, corriander and turmaric and cooked in clay oven served with wild rice and ginger sauce) Khutti himali ( whole lamb shank marinated with himalyan herbs and gurkha rum baked to perfection) Crab garikhet ( Hermet crab meat sauteed with timbur, garlic, wine adn served with pan fired potato) this is my life man ..............i am continental, mediterran chef. no much...........girls like me not of my look but of my food.
