I am currently under OPT status but my company is not e-verified. They are willing to be e-verified for STEM OPT extension but the HR wanted to know if they can discontinue their e-verify status after my OPT is renewed. Does my company have to be e-verified as long as I am working there or Can they discontinue their status after my OPT is renewed?
