It used to work in the past but I have not tested lately... So give a try and lets see.

1. If you are the post originator, go and delete the unwanted post, once you delete, that user cannot post again on that Post...
2. If you are not the post originator, you can flag the unwanted post, the user cannot post again on that post if 10 flags are received so basically 10 users have to flag to the unwanted post..

However, I do not know if the flagging works if you are the originator of the post and 10 users flag it...
