The chances of getting job as you said its the same for TPS EAD or OPT EAD. Both of them are temporary EAD as per the company point of view. If you happened to be GC-EAD or GC then wallahhh, you would not be needing the 3rd party vendor for sure. Even a little Software Development knowledge would land you in Entry Level position if you can Speak.
Now coming back to you question - I would recommend you to be in OPT if you are from STEM background. which will give you 1 year of regular OPT and 2 additional year after a year. Total you will have 3 years of EAD. But TPS, with ongoing condition not sure whether it will be extended. But i would say be in OPT dont leave you f1 status. But at the meanwhile if TPS gets extended be in TPS status as well along apply for TPS EAD. But use your OPT EAD to apply for work after you graduate. Do not use TPS EAD.
