Currently I am living here on F1+TPS. And, I am working as an IT professional since past 2 years in a small local company. Now, I am graduating in a month; but, I am kinda confused as I don't have much ideas on how things work further. I mean, if I switch to OPT, my EAD will probably get changed to OPT-EAD; on the other hand, if I choose to stay on TPS only, then I will be out of status. Now, can I apply for H1B from TPS-EAD as well? I heard that there is a higher chance to get jobs at intermediate positions if we apply through other EADs than OPT. Is this true?
Additionally, the company I am currently working at, has no more full-time job as they have no newer projects. They are just keeping me here because I had helped them in an important phase 2 years ago. In other words, I have to leave this company asap.
