@pepsi - duh i know restaurant make money. i guess what i'm saying....when people live in the US they are exposed to way more things than people in nepal. Take what you have been exposed to and make impactfull in nepal. take something unique to nepal. how is a restaurant unique...and if you have a restaurant, please tell your employess that they need to follow up with the customer every 10-15 min to see if they need anything, know the menu, wine list, energy level.

last time i went to nepal. i went to a few what was suppose to be 5 star hotel/restaurant and the level of service was comparable to a Chinese carryout.

And people say "well that is just how nepal is.....then don't complain that nepal is not getting any better"
