I have a single experience. A Nepali guy was responding, but with no formal communication style, just one two word response over email. Gave me one online test class with an Indian novice trainer who had no clear English, the online system was also glitching a lot. Then asked for money over phone the other day and sent payment link over email. Was saying that it is refundable after completion of training, and collecting it as guys may run away on the way. I didn't go further. One thing we need to be careful is that he wanted money without any formal documentation. I don't want to discourage the business but want to say that it needs to be done in a reliable way.
