Yes, I had OPT on associate degree, started a job as manager and continued it. OPT expired but continued the job till Bachelor's degree. Filed EB3 after bachleor's degree completion from new job using associate's experience and got RFE for working more than 180 days in the gap period without authorization  i.e."Between Associate's OPT-new OPT after Bachelor's degree."
