When I make achar myself, always make it jholilo. I guess the lack of jhol momo in jackson ht was because of most restaurants being owned by Tibetans.
I have had momo in all restaurants, including the one above ( jhol tasted as if it was made out of heavy cream, not a fan). I have yet to find a restaurant that beats mine in taste. Lol
