But it went all smoothly..Yes, they would bring her to ground transportation...they will help her to get her luggage, she needs to point out her luggages. its very easy, they wont leave your mom until they handover to you.. well that was what her experience... BTW which airlines, is she using? You can check online which terminal, she will be arriving.....write all your contact information and have her bring with just in case.
