That's a horrible advice. If the boys are rotten enough to lift her skirt, they are not going to back down if she hits him. This will make the situation worse.

I don't know what the solution to this is. Perhaps involve Campus authority? Or perhaps use mobile camera to record any advances? Violence from a weaker sex is surely not the solution.
