You are the victim of identity theft. You MUST report to the police and need a police report.
Bank need to close your account and open a new one. Otherwise, same issues back and forth.
Someone already have your bank account and your name, they make fake check, and give to the store.
Remember, they won't over-draft your account, sometimes they will add money to your account as well.
Get your credit report, I bet your new address is Pascadena, CA.
