Btw don't forget you'll need to get life insurance in Nepal (even if you have health insurance here) and have a stamp on your passport otherwise you won't be allowed to board your flight at TIA. Not sure how it works with spouses, so please check when you are there.

@sparty - You first start the application online. In one of the screens, it will ask for payment confirmation. Just save and exit the application. Once the payment at NIB goes through in Nepal, it should be reflected online and the website will allow you to go to the final confirmation screen. Make sure you have entered your email address correctly for the confirmation email.
