Why do you want to go to consultancy and give away thousands of rupees for no reason. You should do some research on universities and try to see if you can apply for any scholarships.Most of the universities which consultancy applies are not well reputed. I would suggest to go for SAT 1 and even SAT 2, which will increase your chance for visa and scholarships in good universities. This is my advice, but your choice.
