They do not charge you any fee if you send over $1000 plus their exchange rate is a bit higher than western union.
You can directly get the money deposited in the bank account in Nepal. If you have account in Everest Bank in Nepal, it gets deposited instantly. To other banks, it gets in about 3-4 days to get the money deposited.
Alternatively, you can receive the money in any of their authorized locations back in nepal as well, like, typical western union way of receiving money..
