I have a question to ask. I need to go back to Nepal for around 4- 6 months time. I am currently on H1B and I am not sure about H1B stamping or POE. Has anyone come with H1B stamped recently?
I applied for TPS and just got approved. (Got TPS-EAD also, though I did not pay the fee for I-765. Am I lucky or I am missing something?) If I apply for advanced parole, how long can I stay in Nepal? And, will it be any difficulty entering USA? I still don't have courage to go back for good. Please share your experience or information you have. Thanks in advance!
