yah.. they are staying there in hopes to aquire land of kathmandu that is worth millions. If they just need place to stay, why not go stay in some other places where land is cheap. If you ask them, they will say no because they are looking to enroch that expensive land.

we only say politicians are corrupt but even general public has same ideology as politicians.
