kk- pls study immigaration acts 1952 and 1965 and learn what presides what also previous courts orders in this matter then we can seriously continue otherwise all in vain.

NB- I'm talking about immigrant people who never been to this country before, like refugee,who just applied visa , want to come here etc. Courts had de facto said again and again at the end, these people have no rights at all. Imagine if that applies them, all 7 billion people would sue us govt. for discriminating based on - forget about race but base on National origin alone. I just pointing out that this judge so disillusion like nepal's judges are that this kinda activism will work here. of course this country built on immigrants WHO ARRIVED HERE SUCCESSFULLY - LEGALLY OR ILLEGALLY ( there was a court verdict that if u lived here more than 20 yrs. or so )
I would like to discuss someone who read the actual court statement. This case has no merits slam dunk win win case for govt. otherwise this country is doomed. President is all responsible for security but he can't decide who comes at border? that would be chaos in brewing !!
