Googled the term and wala! my guess was right. It is indeed a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) product.

I have always tried to come out against any and all MLM products (e.g. Amway, PFA, Herbalife etc). All MLM products, and "ALL" in caps, are a pyramid scheme. I don't want to go in detail behind the maths of a pyramid scheme but basically at level 11 or level 12 you will have covered the whole population of the earth.

Why "all" MLM products are fake and are pyramid scheme?
When you pay the value premium for a crappy MLM product, the extra money spent is the cost attributed to the pyramid (and since all MLM are tiered and have entry / membership criteria). The premium 'money' or the surplus price is part of the pyramid. When you pay $4 for a crappy generic toothpaste with Amway, that you can get for $0.50 at Costco, the extra $3.50 is the premium money that is legally gamed by their system into, what I claim, is a pyramid scheme. When you pay extra $150 premium for a Herbalife shitty product, that is your contribution to the pyramid. When you pay, extra how many dollars, for shitty financial or life insurance product like PFA, that is the pyramid.

Unfortunately I cannot reach out to almost any innocent people, through Sajha, who are vulnerable to these numerous MLM pyramid schemes. These folks, who are are vulnerable to numerous MLM schemes, do not and cannot read these posts. As sad as it may be, these schemes will continue to target the vulnerable amongst us; in Nepal, in US, in Australia and in France.

For people who have time in their hand: John Oliver best describes it -->
