My wife recently posted this question at avvo.com regarding TPS EAD and H4

According to these attorney using TPS EAD while in H4 violates H4 status.
They suggested her to talk to US immigration attorney and travel out of US and get H4 stamped.
I like to discuss this issue with some attorney who worked on US immigration issues
especially TPS and H4.
Can you someone suggest me name and contact of some Nepali attorney ?
