I opened a business (Rams Bazaar: International Food Market, check it out on FB and Google) about 3 years ago, made it successful, and am now looking to find a buyer (that was the plan all along). It would provide someone a very good income right away and an opportunity to do well in the future—ideal for a DV immigrant or other new implants into the US. Please share if you know of any potential buyers…

Walking distance to Colorado State University dorms and International Student Housing. Located in the highest population density area of Fort Collins. International Students can walk to the store and there are hundreds of Chinese, Indian, and other international students at CSU. And, CSU has made it public that they plan to increase their international student body as a way to improve their financial intake.
