I am on H1B and also on TPS. I am planning to go to Nepal soon. I have heard that If i go to Nepal using TPS i will lose my H1B which I dont want to lose. Also I have heard that people have been denied to enter US when they tried to enter on H1B. Can you please tell what all is right and what would be your suggestion? Also if you know anyone lawyer that handle TPS and H1B, can you post their contacts please.
