There are many other yogic techniques which can treat depression very effectively. For example, if you practice Sirsasana for 30 min everyday, you depression will go away. Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, Antah Kumbhaka, and Byah Kumbhaka are extremely powerful if you do it regularly. Gyan mudra, purna gyan mudra, and pran mudra will also help. All these should be followed by Meditation. Life will be changed.
