Hi friends,
I filed I-821 and also sent I-765 for administrative purpose. I didn't request an EAD so I only paid $85 for biometrics. I received two receipt numbers though, one for TPS and another for EAD. Is it normal for USCIS to issue receipt numbers for administrative purpose i-765?
