Find your local congressmen office. They have different zones and offices , make sure you find the one which belong to your address. Tell them its about immigration issue and make an appointment.
Take all your paperwork, Uscis receipts and talk to officer of congressmen. They have special units for all kind of issue. You can not met congressmen for this and also you don't have to. They will call Uscis on behalf of you.
