Documents needed to apply for TPS with EAD (not Parole Document) 


  • I-821 
  • I-765 
  • G-1145 
  • Passport copy 
  • I-94 copy 
  • Copy of previous EAD from TPS
  • TPS approval document copy (not mandatory, safe to send) 
  • EAD approval document copy (not mandatory, safe to send)
  • Separate checks for each related fees (EAD and Biometrics) 
  • Photo (I don't think, it is mandatory. But safe to send) 
  • Bank Statements or Utility bills for residency verification (I don't think, it is mandatory. But safe to send)
