I was on H1B and didn't filed TPS initially but due to uncertainty and job stability I want to apply for TPS now as backup. My wife's TPS and EAD was approved initially and submitted documents for re-registration. What is the process documentation required for late filings for the people who missed initially. What's the consequences if it gets denied?
