My TPS is still pending. Can I apply for renewal at all before last year's application is approved?

I hope some of the visitors will share the links to the documents, credible sources, or even their thoughts about it. I am planning to send the following documents with slight modification recommended above

Documents to be sent:

I-821
I-765 (even if not applying for EAD)
G-1145
Passport photo page copy
I-94 copy
I did not apply for EAD, and do not have previous EADs or any notices related to that
TPS application receipt notice (Form I-797C, Notice of Action) - Replace with approval notice if you have one
Check with total amount for each related fees (EAD and Biometrics)
Photo
Bank Statements or Utility bills for residency verification


Is there anything I am missing? Thanks.
