Hello guys,
This is based on my experience.might be different.
- Call the customer service. Talk to the officer. They usually call back in 2 hours from my experience.
- Find your US senator. Suppose for Texas, you would look for Senator Ted Cruz or John Cornyn. Go to their official website and look for federal agency support or agency support or something similar. You would fill up the form sign it and fax them at their DC office. Don't forget to describe your problem mentioning its been taking long and its out of USCIS normal processing time. Provide some details on economic hardship if any or the lack of driver license because of it. After that call the office next few days. They have liaison officer or similar who calls USCIS on your case.
