@manjilmagar: well may be I have given a wrong suggestion manjil but you can have multiple EAD's 1+ but legally just 1. see this thread for more details:

By the way as you can read from the statement from him on the top that he has already applied for OPT based EAD which is a good thing but now you can reapply for TPS and after your OPT EAD expires you can always apply for TPS EAD which is the same thing I did thats what I want to clarify. since he already applied for OPT EAD looks like so there is no coming back until he withdraws application and I am not sure if that is something possible.
But as far as I think you can only make use of one EAD at a time either TPS or OPT
