Join us for Harvard's international symposium focused on Nepal. Over a year after Nepal’s earthquake, the conference brings together practitioners, policy-makers, academics, students, and the Nepali community in Boston to examine the politics and processes of disasters response and prevention, and to discuss the role of citizens, institutions and the media in accountability and disaster response.

We welcome anyone interested in Nepal, South Asia, disaster response, aid accountability, or media engagement to join the conversation. Register here: https://hsph.me/nepalsymposium.

This symposium is organized by the Office of the Dean and Harvard Chan Students for Nepal, with support from Harvard University Office of the President, Harvard Chan Office for Student Affairs, Harvard South Asia Institute, and Harvard Chan Student Government. Students for Nepal is a group of Nepali students who believe that we must continue to learn from, and discuss Nepal’s response to the earthquake.
