Look up some travel credit cards that offer perks that include free lounge access. these cards often come with hefty yearly fees (in excess to $400/year), though.
Chase Sapphire Preferred used to offer 2 passes/annum but discontinued it.
Your best bet will be to cough up 40 odd bucks. You'll get to chill in lounge area for 4 to 6 hours with some lounges offering decent range of snacks. in most cases, they won't care if you overstayed.
